Does God like biz success?... what do you think?

Ran across a place in the Psalms that kinda sounds to me like He does... what do you think?

Psalm 35:27 King David's talking urging his supporters to throw a party and cheer Yahweh who takes pleasure in, delights in, wishes and even wills the properity of his servant( in this instance David).

I don't for a moment think this is limited to David's prosperity... and that word prosperity is way bigger than finances. It's the Hebrew "Shalom" which is so huge! Wealth and finances are definitely a part of this encompassing word but look at what all it means.

Shalom is about being safe and well and happy and friendly, healthy, prosperous, at peace and in peace and full of peace, rest, greeting. The safety it provides make us safe in mind, in body and in estate which would include all we possess.

Shalom makes us complete, sensitive and responsive to those around us. It causes us to make amend. I guess that's like fixing broken relationships, making it up to those we mess up with or mess over. Gosh, it even includes finishing what you start. You repay what you borrow, make good on your promises and commitments and give repeatedly.

There's still more but I gotta run. I just think God likes biz success. That's what I think but I realize that success in biz is just one piece of a very large pie.

Welcome to Inspiration for Home Businesses!

Building a successful Home Business can sometimes feel overwhelming! Ok maybe more often than sometimes, especially at the beginning.

Home Business Builders arise! and share with your fellow Entrepreneurs!

What has helped you? What words or actions turned things around for you? Let's help each other!

Here's a quote from Napoleon Hill that really speaks into me. It's something I need very much to heed.

"Do not wait; the time will never be "just right." Start
where you stand, and work with whatever tools you
may have at your command, and better tools will be
found as you go along."

How about this:

"Sometimes you just have to take the leap and build your wings on the way down."

Kobi Yamada, Author

I was listening to a successful Home Businessman talk about how he and his family created a "Dream Board". They cut out pictures of what they wanted in their life... what they wanted their life to look like... places they wanted to go... things they wanted to have... things they wanted to do.

Has anyone done that?... or something like that? Did it make a difference? Tell us about it!

One more for the road:

"The finest gift you can give anyone is encouragement.
Yet, almost no one gets the encouragement they need to
grow to their full potential. If everyone received the
encouragement they need to grow, the genius in most
everyone would blossom and the world would produce
abundance beyond our wildest dreams."

Sidney Madwed, Poet and Philosopher

Perhaps we could do something about that?... shall we?
